These terms and conditions refer to the MWCedu website, you agree to all terms and conditions for using this website. We also give information that describes your course of data.

Plans of subscription

You get an identity card to see all the courses that are included in our collection by using a subscription plan so it will renew your data like their scope, price, and features. When your subscription plans expire then your access to data collection ends.

Management of account

If you want to cancel the subscription then you can cancel by following the steps on the MWCedu support page however, after cancellation, you can not receive orders and data or any fees that you paid. But it does not mean that your account is deactivated on MWCedu.

Free trial

You may start with a free trial which is preferred during registration but if we note that you are not appropriate or eligible then we may cancel your free trial and you may start to pay our subscription plan, according to your plan such as annually or monthly then it will renew automatically and you may also cancel your subscription if you want, so you can visit our website to view full information regarding fees of your trial and what is the last date of this trial?

Updating and Renewing these terms

When we add any new practices or features we may update you by sending them to your email address which is added to your collection and also may update notice on our website. By agreeing to all terms of use, you give up some rights to take part in class, which is described in the resolution section of the dispute in detail.

1. Account

For more activities, you require an account on the MWCedu platform. When maintaining an account you have to provide all correct and full information. Then create your password with safety because you are only responsible for all of your data that is in the account. However, in some cases when someone hacks your account and uses then you can contact our Support team. In that case when the user has died then the account will be deleted or closed.

Kindly note that students and users must be 18 years old then they can create an account on MWCedu. But if you are not an adult then you can not set account However, we allow you to invite your parent or any elder guardian to open an account so it may help you to register for courses and make your future better.

2. Enrollment in the course

In trainer terms, MWCedu is the record licensor because when trainers create their course MWCedu provides them a license, and even as a learner, when you enroll in any course, no matter if it is free or paid you get a license from MWCedu to open the course and see details. However, this license does not allow you to provide any rights for reselling the courses. So MWCedu’s license helps you to view courses and content of association in which you have paid all your necessary fees.

Additionally, according to terms and conditions, use only educational things, and do not use illegal or other things that are completely prohibited. So this access of lifetime we provide to students in enrollment. However, this access to life is not allowed to add services and features which is concerned with the course, for instance, in courses, captions of translations may be decided and disabled at any time by an instructor regarding questions answer, or teaching assistance.

Hence be clear, the access to life is not to the trainer, but the content of course. Trainers are not allowed to give licenses directly to their students, so any direct license will be a violation and null of these terms and services.

3. Refunds, payments, and credits

You may agree to use valid methods of payment when you enroll in a course, but if any case when you do not feel good about your course, then MWCedu offers a refund within 30 days and also offers a credit for purchases of more courses.

3.1    Price

Based on our instructor terms and promotion policy course prices are determined. In some cases, the price of courses on the MWCedu platform may change it may not be exactly as it is on mobile or any other applications. For some time we have offered many courses on our platform at special discounts. When you are signed in to your account then it may change the price of course to those users who are not registered because there is some availability of promotions to new users only.

3.2    Payments

For payment of course fees, you may agree to pay fees for purchasing the course or you may also allow us to charge your debit card or any method of payment such as credit card, mobile wallet, SEPA, etc for fees. If you use an invalid method that has not made the payment then you have to pay your fees within 30 days of enrolling in the course and receive a notification from us about this condition. 

3.3    Refund credits

If you are not satisfied with the course then you can request and MWCedu applies a refund to your account but if you request after 30 days guarantee no refund to your account. Due to violations and voids for these terms and conditions or safety and trust guidelines, if we ban and delete your account then you will not receive your refund.

3.4    Gift codes

MWCedu offers some gift codes to learners, That code can be redeemed for promotional and gift credits to your MWCedu account which you can use only on the platform rather than mobile. You use these coupon codes within a period but when they expire you cannot use them.

4. Behavior or rules of content

If you are an instructor then submit your course for publishing on the MWCedu platform, but if you are a student then enroll in courses. You may follow our rules and regulations to use this platform and you are responsible for adding any content post so you can use MWCedu for lawful ideas. So for any reason such as violation and not paying fees we can terminate your account on our platform.

5. MWCedu rights to content post

The content you post is related to the course As an instructor or learner, you may be allowed to share your posts with anyone so you may retain your ownership, but if you are a trainer then you have to be sure about the understanding of the course which is described in the instructor terms in detail. Hence, you can share and promote your course-related posts on any platform and social media website.

6. Using MWCedu with your responsibility and risk

We allow learners and instructors to learn and teach. You can use this platform according to your choice, but like on other platforms where people post, sometimes things can go wrong so at your own risk and responsibility you can post on MWCedu.

So on our platform, we are not responsible for editing the courses so we do not give a guarantee about instructors who provide you with any information so you can enroll at your own risk.

7. MWCedu Rights

All rights, titles, applications, databases, etc., are provided by our services. Our platform is protected by laws and copyrights of both foreign countries and the United States. If you want to give any feedback, suggestions, comments, etc. then MWCedu always allows you to use those features free at any time. But you may not be allowed to post illegal things and comments on this platform and do not interfere with any feature on the MWCedu platform regarding security and our terms and services.

8. Various Legal terms

You may agree to our terms and conditions during registration and using our platform, but if you do not agree with these terms you are not allowed to register. These terms and services clarify the relationship and agreement between you and us. Moreover, disclaimers happen sometimes on our platform when it goes down because of misleading created by any instructor in their course. We may only be responsible for the availability, security, and lack of errors, but we may not be responsible for any illegal terms so you will obtain results for our terms and you may ensure that you can use them at your own risk. We may not be responsible for many things that appeared for the failure and delay of our services such as internet issues, natural disasters, and authority restrictions, etc.

9. Resolution of the dispute

If you live in the US or Canada apply this section of dispute resolution. So if you have any issues then our support team is always here to help and resolve the problem. If any changes occur or you may not agree to terms then you may be rejected through the rejection process by email notice of the MWCedu platform.

10. Updating terms

According to the terms and conditions, use only educational things, do not use illegal and other things which are completely prohibited. We may update terms from time to time and also add new features. If anything changes then we will notify you by sending an email and also posting a notice on our platform Then you have to accept those changes if any case you do not agree then you may be rejected according to our terms and services.
