    Some Usual Reasons Behind Unsuccessful Card Payments

    ·          When the entered information is wrong â€“ While putting your information during payment the information must be exact . You must be certain of correct first and last name of the account holder exact same as what is inscribed in the card. It must be input exact same as that is present on the card.

    ·         When the CVC (Central Vigilance Commission) code is wrong – The CVC code is an unique way to ensure security of each card. CVC code is composed of numbers only which must be added.

    ·         When the entered postal code is wrong or non applicable – If the failure in card payment is due to postal code or zip code error, for a correct postal code, contact your bank. In case, there are no zip codes in your country, fill the place with all zeros.

    ·         When the saved payment method is outdated- In case you face problems while trying to buy a course with a saved payment mode, first try to delete it and the re-add it to be sure that the details added are right and up to date. In any case, the option of adding a new card is applicable.

    ·         When you use a debit course, unauthorized for purchasing internationally- In case, debit card of your country does not allow international transactions, get it authorized for international transactions via your bank.  MWCedu platform cannot help anything in this regard.

    ·         The card is issued in country than the card holders resident country – In this case, the card cannot be approved. Try using other methods of payment.

    ·         Making payment while using A VPN â€“ Refraining from using Virtual Private Network while making payment is recommended. This can result in authorization problem due to multiple IP addresses.

    ·         Multiple payment attempts took place within 24 hours- Few cards have constrained usage limits. After reaching a certain limit, it will automatically block payment attempts. Contact your bank or use other modes.

    ·         Usage of RocketMail email address in your account– Paying from MWCedu account with RocketMail addresses are unacceptable. Substitute the email address.

    ·         Cache issues â€“ Clear your browser cache if you see notifications like your card number looking invalid.
